Free Shipping & Free Returns

We offer free shipping and free returns within 30 days of every purchase. If the returned item meets our inspection quality control you will receive a full refund.

What is your return Policy


You can return a product for up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be delivered in new unworn condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based upon our inspection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Quality Control Assurance:

(To ensure we provide the best quality product to our customers, all returns are subject to inspection process)

  • We inspect every rug pad that is returned to ensure they are in the original condition.
  • Rug Pads that have any visible wear, dirt, or damage are not considered new condition and will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I make a return

  • Submitting a Return Claim:
    • Go to our website (link)
    • Select “make a return”
    • Complete the form
    • Then you will receive a pre-paid return label that you will print out and secure to your return package
      • You may take the package to your closest UPS store


  • Packaging: It is your responsibility to package the return item.
    • If you opened your package carefully you can utilize the brown craft paper to wrap and ship the rug pad (watch video)
    • If you do not have the original packaging, you may wrap the rug pad in a box or in a thick craft paper ensuring the item is fully wrapped and protected.

How long will it take to process my returned item

  • Up to 3 business days after the product has been received to our warehouse and your return is approved as new and unworn.
